The 3m x 4.5m (10x15ft) White Poptent is one of the most popular colours in our range. It is comprimised of the highest quality materials that are used throughout our entire product range. The 3m x 4.5m has four corner legs and 2 centre poles, giving the roof a trapezium shape rather than a triangle. The 3m x 4.5m white heavy duty pop up gazebo is used throughout events and exhibitions, farmers markets, car dealers, mobile valeters or detailers and rally teams to use a few examples to show the versatility of these extremely strong pop up tents.
The Strong Gazebo Frame
All of Poptents frames are made using the same market leading materials that ensure quality, strength and durability are at the forefront of the products we create. The 3m x 4.5m pop up tent frame is made using thicker aluminium at 2mm thickness. The legs are 40mm square and reinforced on the inside for a super strong gazebo frame. The roof bars are also 30x15mm so you can be confident these bars can handle considerable pressure. There is metal joints throughout the entire frame which act as the suspension of the frame. These strong joints keep the frame in the correct position and absorb any movement in the roof of the canopy where plastic or nylon joints will break. Poptents frames will comfortable take the weight of 2-3m hanging from the middle of the frame.
Gazebo Fabric Specification
The fabric in our white heavy duty pop up gazebo is strong like our frames. Using a 600D 100% PVC coated polyester ensures the fabric is tough and durable whilst remaining lightweight and flexible. This is important to prevent ripping or tearing in windier conditions. Poptents fabric is 100% waterproof in addition to being UV resistant and flame retardant certified- an essential to gain access to a lot of shows and also allows for cooking under the gazebo. The sides are joined to the roof by an industrial strength velcro strip and also strap to each leg of the metal pop up gazebo frame and zip locking together in the corners.
